This policy explains what information the Bhasadd website (www.bhasadd.in) collects, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to delete it. Bhasadd is a party card game created by Shrishti Somani and Priyanka Mundra.

The short version: we only ask for your name, phone number and email if you use the Bhasadd Generator, we use them only to get in touch about Bhasadd, we never sell them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. The website uses no cookies.

1. What we collect

Details you give us. The first time you use the Bhasadd Generator on a device, we ask for:

your name
your phone number
your email address

How you use the website. We collect anonymous usage information so we can understand what works on the site, such as:

pages and sections you view, and buttons or links you click
your device type, browser, screen size and approximate location (country or city)
where you came from (for example Instagram, Google or WhatsApp)
anonymised recordings of how the page was used. Anything you type into a form is hidden and never recorded.

This usage information is linked to a random ID, not to your name or contact details.

2. Why we use it

To get in touch with you about Bhasadd: new decks, events and offers.
To understand how people use the website and make it better.
To keep the website working properly and fix problems.

By submitting the Generator form, you agree to us using your details for these purposes. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see section 6).

3. Who handles your data

We use a few trusted services to run the website. They process data on our behalf:

Google (Google Sheets): stores the details you enter in the Generator.
PostHog: website usage analytics, heatmaps and anonymised session recordings.
Vercel: hosts the website and provides basic visitor statistics.
Behold: shows our latest Instagram posts on the page.

Some of these services store data on servers outside India. When you order through Amazon or WhatsApp, you leave our website and their own privacy policies apply.

4. We don't sell your data

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

5. Cookies and storage

The website does not use cookies. It stores two small pieces of information in your browser's local storage:

a note that you've already filled in the Generator form, so we don't ask again
a random analytics ID, so repeat visits are counted correctly

Neither contains your name, phone number or email. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you
correct it
delete it, and stop contacting you

7. How long we keep it

We keep your contact details until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to contact you about Bhasadd. Usage analytics are kept for a limited period by our analytics providers.

8. Children

Bhasadd is meant for players aged 14 and up. The Generator form is not intended for anyone under 18 without a parent's or guardian's permission.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
